Delete your account

Delete it yourself, any time

1. Open Marcus & Keisha and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. The account is removed right away.

You can go straight there: open your profile.

If you pay for VIP

Cancel your VIP membership first so no further payment is taken, then delete the account. You can cancel from your VIP settings at any time.

What is deleted

Your login, name, email, optional phone number, profile, viewing history, watchlist, comments, likes, notification settings, game progress, Drama Credits, boosters and story keys are deleted. Drama Credits and game items have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.

What we keep, and why

We keep payment and tax records required by law, held by our payment processor, and anonymous totals such as how many people watched an episode. These no longer identify you.

Email us from the contact page using the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
