Who we are

This site, the Marcus & Keisha app and the Marcus & Keisha series are operated by iMonstrous Agency LLC (Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch, Florida), the owner of all related trademarks. You can reach us any time through the contact page.

What we collect

• Account details — first name, last name and email address; a display name if you comment; a phone number only if you choose to give one; date of birth only if you enter it yourself.
• Viewing activity — which episodes you start, how far you get, what you add to your list, and what you like.
• Game activity — Drama Spin and puzzle progress, Drama Credits, boosters, story keys and rewards.
• Content you post — comments and replies in the fan conversation, and any report you send us.
• Purchases — records of memberships and episodes you buy. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Device and usage data — device type, browser, approximate country, pages viewed, and an anonymous visitor identifier used to understand how people find and use Marcus & Keisha.
• Where you came from — the link, campaign or social post that brought you here, so we know which episodes and posts work.

How we use it

To give you access to the episodes you are entitled to watch, remember where you left off, run your membership and purchases, keep the fan conversation safe, send only the notifications you asked for, and understand which episodes audiences enjoy. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the product: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, our email and text message senders, and our own analytics. Each one receives only what it needs. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Notifications

Push, email and text alerts are always optional. Nothing about creating an account, joining VIP or watching an episode depends on allowing notifications. You can turn each type on or off in your profile at any time, or reply STOP to a text.

Fan conversation

Comments you post are visible to other members. Some voices in the conversation are AI-assisted community characters created by Rondre Dent and are labelled as Fan Panel. You can report any comment or hide any author from your own view.

Children

Marcus & Keisha is adult scripted drama and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Anonymous totals, such as how many people watched an episode, may be kept indefinitely because they no longer identify you.

Your rights and choices

You can view and update your details in your profile, turn any notification off, hide other members, and delete your account yourself at any time — see deleting your account. You may also ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it by contacting us.

Security

Access to your data is restricted by account-level rules on our servers, and premium video is delivered through private, time-limited links. No system is perfect, so please keep your login details private.
