Your account
Guests can watch a few free episodes; after that a free account is needed. Keep your login details private and give accurate information when you register. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Content and ownership
All episodes, films, artwork and marks — including Marcus & Keisha, Rondre Dent Presents "First Pick"™ and the Ultra Mini Series™ format — are owned by iMonstrous Agency LLC. You may not download, record, re-upload, resell or publicly screen any part of the content.
Purchases
Early-access episodes and memberships are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Individually purchased episodes stay in your library. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account.
Notifications
Email and text notifications are optional. Text alerts are only sent when you have given consent, and you can stop them at any time.
Membership and cancelling
VIP is a monthly membership billed at $9.99 per month, starting on the day you join and recurring every month until cancelled. Members who joined earlier under a 30-day free trial offer keep the terms they originally accepted. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are in US dollars.
Coins
Coins are used to unlock episodes; 50 coins unlocks one episode, and an unlocked episode stays unlocked on your account. Purchased coins are sold in one-time packs, do not expire while your account is open, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Bonus coins (welcome gifts and daily check-ins) are free and expire 7 days after you receive them; bonus coins are spent before purchased coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money. Unused coins are lost if your account is closed.
Drama Credits and game items
Drama Credits, boosters, story keys and rewards are entertainment items inside the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, goods or gift cards, and there is no wagering and no cash prizes. Unused items are lost if your account is closed and are not refundable.
Community rules
Keep the fan conversation respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content aimed at minors, spam or impersonation. You are responsible for what you post, you can report any comment and hide any author, and we may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Closing your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile. Cancel a paid membership first so no further payment is taken. Deleting removes your profile, viewing history, comments and game progress.
Fiction and AI disclosure
Marcus & Keisha is an original AI-assisted scripted drama series created by Rondre Dent. All characters and events are fictional. Some voices in the fan conversation are AI-assisted community characters, labelled as Fan Panel.
